These terms govern your use of the DroneField software platform and related services operated by DroneSpot Kft. (9144 Kóny, Kazinczy utca 23., Hungary). By using the software, you agree to these terms in full.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, downloading, or using DroneField through dronefield.app, my.dronefield.app, or any associated application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the software.
Description of the Service
DroneField is a precision agriculture software platform that processes drone imagery to generate orthomosaic maps, vegetation index analysis, prescription maps, and other precision agriculture data. The software is intended as a decision-support tool and does not replace professional agronomic judgment.
Software Use
You may use the software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of DroneField and its outputs is appropriate for your specific conditions. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the software, or use it for any purpose that violates applicable laws.
No Warranty
The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. DroneSpot Kft. does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the results generated will be accurate or suitable for any particular use. No representation is made regarding the completeness, reliability, or precision of any output, including orthomosaic maps, vegetation indices, or prescription maps.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DroneSpot Kft. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the software or its outputs. This includes, without limitation: crop damage or crop loss, financial losses or loss of revenue, operational errors in agricultural processes, incorrect interpretation or application of analysis results, issues with third-party equipment or drone hardware, and any consequences arising from drone flight operations. You are solely responsible for how you use the software and for any decisions made based on its outputs.
Use of Generated Data
Outputs generated by the software — including prescription maps, vegetation analysis, variable-rate application maps, and orthomosaic maps — are intended as decision-support information only. All generated data must be reviewed, validated, and approved by the user before any real-world application. DroneSpot Kft. assumes no responsibility for actions taken based on software-generated outputs without proper professional review.
Compliance with Regulations
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of the software, including but not limited to drone operation and aviation regulations, agricultural regulations and standards, data protection laws, and any local, national, or international rules that apply to your use of unmanned aerial systems and precision agriculture technology.
Intellectual Property
The DroneField software, its technology, design, algorithms, and all associated intellectual property are and remain the exclusive property of DroneSpot Kft. You retain ownership of the data you upload and the outputs generated from your data, but you may not claim ownership of the underlying software or technology. You grant DroneSpot Kft. a limited license to process your uploaded data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Termination
DroneSpot Kft. may suspend or terminate your access to the software at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law — shall remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the software after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hungary.
