Data Controller
The data controller for dronefield.app is DroneSpot Kft., 9144 Kóny, Kazinczy utca 23, Hungary (company register no. 08-09-025866; tax number 23954443-2-08 / HU23954443). For data-protection questions, write to the address below.
Why We Process Your Data
We process personal data for three narrow purposes: to operate this website and respond to messages you send us through the contact form, to send the optional newsletter to addresses that opted in, and — with your consent — to measure how the site is used so we can improve it.
What We Collect
From contact-form submissions: your name, email address, and the message you wrote. From newsletter sign-ups: your email address and the timestamp of consent. From every visitor automatically: server access logs (IP address, timestamp, user-agent, requested URL). From visitors who accept analytics: aggregated, IP-anonymised usage statistics through Google Analytics 4. We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data.
Legal Basis (GDPR Article 6)
Contact form: legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)) and pre-contractual measures where you ask about a purchase (Article 6(1)(b)). Newsletter: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), withdrawable any time via the unsubscribe link. Analytics: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), withdrawable any time through Cookie Settings in the footer. Server access logs: legitimate interest in security and reliability (Article 6(1)(f)).
How Long We Keep Data
Contact-form messages: up to three years after the conversation ends. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Server access logs: ninety days. Google Analytics 4 events: the GA4 default retention (currently 14 months). Account-related data, invoices, and other product-side records follow the longer retention rules described in the Portal Privacy Policy.
Website Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID G-45H3B9PJJY) to understand which pages visitors find useful. GA4 is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies on the consent banner; if you decline, no analytics request is made. IP addresses are anonymised by GA4 before they reach our reports. You can withdraw consent any time through Cookie Settings in the footer.
Cookies
For the full list of cookies set by this website and how to manage them, please see our Cookie Policy.
Cookie PolicySecurity
Connections to the website are encrypted with TLS. Server access is restricted to a small named group of administrators using multi-factor authentication, and our hosting provider operates audited data centres within the EU.
Your GDPR Rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, restrict or object to processing, and — where applicable — port your data to another controller. You can also withdraw any consent you have given at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Service Providers
Hosting is provided by BlazeArts Kft. (1096 Budapest, Thaly Kálmán utca 39, Hungary) under a written data-processing agreement, within the EU. Transactional and newsletter email is delivered by Resend, Inc. with EU data residency under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google LLC under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
Supervisory Authority
If you believe we have not met our data-protection obligations, you may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11; [email protected]; naih.hu. EU residents outside Hungary may also complain to the supervisory authority in their country of residence.
